How can you get this wonderful service performed? It's easy, just read the following instructions and you'll be on your way to having your music back!

Add the Data Recovery Service to your basket and then proceed to checkout. You can pay with a Credit Card, PayPal Account, Google Checkout Account, or a USPS Money Order (which can be sent along with the iPod)

Once ordered you will receive an order summary email that contains a link specifying where to send your iPod to and instructions to follow when shipping the iPod in to ifixipodsfast.com! I am not liable for any damages or packages lost in transit to my repair shop so please use the correct address and packaging! If you have any questions during this process please email me at service@ifixipodsfast.com and I will quickly answer your email.

Once I receive the iPod or the iPod's hard drive I will carefully and quickly try to retrieve the data off of the drive. The $25 Music / Data Recovery Service is good for 8GB's worth of data (2 DVDs worth.) $10 extra will be charged for each additional DVD necessary to backup your collection (if you buy a replacement drive during this process your data will be copied to the new drive free of charge.) If the data cannot be extracted from the drive you will receive your iPod or iPod Hard Drive back. No refunds will be given for unsuccessful data recovery.

This service is offered on all iPods EXCEPT the iPod shuffle & iPod Nano (both are flash based MP3 players and do not have a hard drive in them!)

Shipping Insurance: Offered on this item! $5.00 assures you that your iPod or iPod hard drive will arrive safely back to you after data recovery service. If your iPod or iPod hard drive is returned and it's damaged (aside from it's original defect or damage) or it was lost you will receive reimbursement for your iPod or an iPod comparable to your iPod. If you do not opt for shipping insurance and your iPod is damaged or lost ifixipodsfast.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE! $5.00 is a small price to pay to make sure your iPod is safe. ifixipodsfast.com logs all shipments and keeps track of all deliveries. I ship to the address you provide and cannot be liable if you give me an incorrect address. False claims of lost or damaged items will be reported.
