Renewals: ifixipodsfast.com will send you an email 30 days prior to your backup service ending (we will store your data for a short time after your year is up in case you hadn't had a chance to respond.) Renewals are $10 off for the next year.

Q. How does it work?
A. Simply send your iPod into ifixipodsfast.com. Once received I will copy the data off of your iPod onto a server at my iPod facility. This server is not accessible by anyone but myself. If you should ever lose your iPod, have it stolen, damage it, suffer a hardware failure or just accidently erase your iPod, your music will be safely stored on our server for this very moment. Simply send your new or used iPod back to ifixipodsfast.com and I'll copy your data back onto the iPod, give you a secure download link where you can download your music* or send you DVD's with the data on them so you can get your music back on your iPod.

Q. How many times am I allowed to send in my iPod?
A. Over the course of a year if you should need to restore your music, you may have your music restored 1 time. Sending your iPod in for the initial backup does not count towards the number of times you're allowed to send it in.

Q. Once I send my iPod in to be backed up, is the data you back up secure?
A. Yes it is! The data from your iPod will be stored on a server with absolutely zero outside access. Only I have physical access to the server!

Q. Will my data be backed up?
A. Of course it will be! We back up all customer's iPods for 30 days (in case parts or upgrades do not cooperate.) Customers who purchase the backup service are placed on a seperate server where their music is regularily backed up onto multiple hard drives for safe keeping!

Shipping Insurance: Offered on this item! $5.00 assures you that your iPod or iPod hard drive will arrive safely back to you after backup service. If your iPod or iPod hard drive is returned and it's damaged (aside from it's original defect or damage) or it was lost you will receive reimbursement for your iPod or an iPod comparable to your iPod. If you do not opt for shipping insurance and your iPod is damaged or lost ifixipodsfast.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE! $5.00 is a small price to pay to make sure your iPod is safe. ifixipodsfast.com logs all shipments and keeps track of all deliveries. I ship to the address you provide and cannot be liable if you give me an incorrect address. False claims of lost or damaged items will be reported.
