ifixipodsfast.com was started by myself, Blake Paulson, in early 2006. The website is new, but the business concept has been in development for quite some time.

I've been an iPod fanatic ever since the original iPod came out and I want to help expand the knowledge I have to anyone and everyone I can.

Originally I sold iPod parts / iPods on ebay, but the hassle of working with eBay and the expensive listing fees as well as final value fees drove me to find a better solution.

With ifixipodsfast.com, you deal with only one person throughout your iPod repair... me! What this means to you is that when you send me your iPod to be serviced or backed up, I'm the only one who will touch it, work on it, and ship it back to you. If you contact me regarding an issue with your iPod or have any other specific questions or requests, I will personally contact you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. If something isn't working on your iPod, I'll personally let you know (all iPod installations include free comprehensive iPod diagnostic testing!) This one on one service approach isn't used by many businesses anymore, however I like providing my customers with as much information as possible. This helps to keep everyone informed and avoid miscommunication and frustration.
